Welcome to Adam Buys Omaha ("us", "we", or "our"). By using our electronics buyback services in person ("the services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
 

1. Service Agreement
 

Our services involve meeting clients locally to facilitate the buyback or trade-in of electronic devices. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the devices you wish to sell or trade. You also agree not to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities during the process.
 

2. Device Valuation and Offers
 

We provide device valuation based on the information you provide about your electronic devices. The final offer may be subject to an in-person inspection to verify the device's condition and specifications. We reserve the right to adjust the offer if there are discrepancies between the provided information and the actual condition of the device.
 

3. In-Person Meeting
 

Upon agreeing to proceed with the buyback or trade-in, we will arrange an in-person meeting at a mutually agreed location. During the meeting, we will inspect the device to verify its condition and specifications. If the device's condition does not match the information provided, we reserve the right to adjust the offer or cancel the transaction.
 

4. Payment
 

Once the in-person inspection is complete and the device passes verification, we will issue payment as agreed upon. Payment may be made in cash or via other payment methods as mutually agreed.
 

5. Privacy and Data Security
 

We take privacy and data security seriously. Any personal information provided during the transaction process will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds and Returns Policy

 

If you wish to have your device returned after selling it to us, you may request its return within 72 hours of the transaction. The person requesting the return must return the full amount paid for the device. The device must be the one we received and described in the bill of sale. If the device is returned, the original transaction will be canceled, and the paid amount must be refunded at the time the device is returned.

7. Changes to Terms
 

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will be effective upon posting on our website.
